Don't know How to Link an Image?
Attendance Policy
We want to know our members! Our members join this group for one main reason: To meet other moms and kids! Sometimes it's hard with those kids and other things in our life to get out the door, but it's all worth it! Because we want our members to receive the best experience, we ask them to attend [number of events] within every [amount of days/months]. We know that occasionally this request cannot be met, so if members need to be excused from the attendance policy temporarily, they should let us (the organizers) know.
No-Show Policy
We look forward to seeing everyone at events. When a member RSVPs 'yes', we expect to see them there. Imagine the disappointment, and even the worry we go through, if they do not show up! We would like to think we are as important as any other appointment. In which case, if a member cannot attend, but rsvp'd yes, we ask that they contact an organizer to let them know they are ok, and not to worry about looking for them. Members who constantly no-show may be excused from the group.
Drop Out Policy
As mothers, we understand last minute changes are sometimes necessary. However, please watch the number of times you drop out of events within 24 hours of it taking place. Members who drop out consistently may be excused from the group.
Sick Policy
Kids are prone to share germs, virus, and bugs. We all hate to see our kiddos get under the weather. For this reason, you, or any of your guests, including kids are showing signs of sickness, we ask that you rest at home until you are sick-free for 24 hours, without aid from over the counter medicines. Please recover at home if you or a guest:
1. has a fever over 99 degrees
2. has body fluid symptoms ( including but not limited to vomiting, severe diarrhea, and consistent runny nose)
3. Is not acting healthy
If clarification is needed regarding the sick policy, please feel free to contact the organizer.
No Drama
Because we are a group that thrives on friendship, we ask that members leave their drama outside of the group. If a member or members have a dispute, they are asked to keep it between themselves. We will not tolerate arguing, name calling, or baiting for drama on the message board, at events or sharing your gossip with other members. Members who are bringing out a negative tone, or is causing drama, can and WILL be removed.
Home-based Parties
version 1 As many of us are Stay at Home mothers, we can appreciate moms who are bringing in income to their household. However, we will not allow members to join for the sole purpose of promoting their business. We allow
active members to post their business on our promote thread on our message board.
Likewise, if an active member would like to throw an in-home party (such as Mary Kay, Pampered Chef, etc), they are welcoming to post it as an invite on message board.
