About Organizers United

Organizers United is a place to share ideas on events and venues, exchange information and schedule joint events.


All of us will have equal opportunity in posting and running JOINT EVENTS for special occasions. No more multiple Invitations to the same event, no hassles for collecting money and most important an exact headcount.

Once an event is good to go - you can either ask your members to join here and sign up for the event, or publish and update the event on your own site, keep your own headcount and list your "event participating members" on Organizers United as "guests".

As Organizers you will all have access to the tools you are most familiar with by expressing an interest in signing up as assistant organizers.

Organizers United will not be used for bulk mailings or for Organizers to promote their unique events, it's been designed as a tool to publicize JOINT EVENTS. Organizers who will not respect this rule will be removed from the group.

Organizers Privacy: We will either meet for coffee or correspond via email, prior to posting and once we're in agreement the JOINT EVENT gets posted.

ORGANIZERS: When you post the event on your personal site please make sure you close the event to further RSVPS and TURN OFF THE OPTION: Send automatic announcements and reminders. The other alternative will be to participate by answering YES to a particular event while keeping attendance on your own site while entering your members as "guests". Totally a matter of style and choice.
