"This group has really been an inspiration to me. As an Organizer of several groups, and the one who does almost all of the computer stuff, I cherish all of the great advice presented here. Even when I talk to my AO's they still dont really get some of the frustrations I run into with managing the groups. This is a special group for organizers and assistant organizers of San Diego Meetup groups. Organizers from groups of all shapes and sizes can come and discuss the trials and tribulations of organizing!
This is a pilot project of Meetup's, and San Diego was picked as one of the first five cities to launch a group like this. Although we are locally managed and operated, we are "supported" by meetup.com. Alicia (meetup.com staff) is a member of our group which allows her to hear feedback from members and in general make herself available for any questions or suggestions.

Monthly Meetups are scheduled to occur on the 3rd Tuesday evening of each month. After our membership base develops we will re-evaluate this schedule.While this group is meant for Organizers in the San Diego area, we do allow organizers from other locations to join and participate via message boards.Please be kind and supportive to every member of the group. Absolutely no bashing of other members will be allowed. Any member found to be disruptive to the group will be subject to removal.Soliciting members from another group without permission of that groups organizer is grounds for immediate removal.Site Meter
